During the holidays, Shirland Primary School became the third school to join the Christopher Nieper Education Trust. We have always had a strong link with the Trust and neighbouring schools, but this strengthens the way in which we work together to enhance opportunities for our children. Dr Hobbs, (CEO) welcomed the children with a personalised card and souvenir pencil to mark the occasion in assembly last week.

Christopher Nieper has also personally welcomed Shirland Primary to the Trust with a generous gift of a new piano for school. On behalf of the Shirland Team, we thank Mr Nieper for this thoughtful and generous gift and we look forward to inviting him into school to hear the children sing.

We are looking forward to an exciting future in the Trust.
